Novum for iOS

Need help with Novum? Email hello@bynovum.app and we will get back to you within two business days. Tell us your device model, your iOS version, and what you were doing when the problem happened — it makes a fix much faster.

Manage or cancel your subscription

Novum Premium is billed through your Apple account, so it is managed there rather than in the app. On your iPhone, open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Novum. From there you can change plan or cancel. Cancelling keeps your access until the end of the period you already paid for.

If you are on a free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends to avoid being charged.

Restore a purchase

New phone, or reinstalled the app? Open the paywall in Novum and tap Restore purchases. Make sure you are signed in with the same Apple account that bought the subscription.

Export your data

Everything you have added — entries, measurements, notes, and full-resolution photos — can be exported as a ZIP file from Profile inside the app. Nothing is locked in.

Delete your account

Open Profile → Delete account. This permanently removes your photos and all of your records. It cannot be undone, so export your data first if you want to keep it.

Apple Health

Novum can read your weight and activity from the Health app to personalise your progress and your AI analysis, and can write your weight back. It is entirely optional. To change what Novum can see, open Settings → Health → Data Access & Devices → Novum. Health data is never used for advertising.

Your photos

Progress photos are stored in a private bucket and are only reachable through short-lived links tied to your account — they are never public. When you run an AI analysis, the relevant photos and metrics are sent to our AI provider to produce that analysis and are not used to train their models. See the Privacy Policy for the detail.

Novum's analysis and coaching are informational and motivational. They are not medical advice. Talk to a qualified professional before making health, nutrition, or training decisions.
